1. No packing for any Nasal Surgery like Septoplasty, FESS and Polypectomy. 2. We don’t believe in blocking the airway in nasal surgery. 3. Instead of packing the nose we use sutures on the septum with absorbable sutures. We have been following this for the last 6-7 yrs with very good results. 4. Hospital stay for any nasal surgery is only two days.
